Payments & Refunds: 
FULL payment at the time of booking will be required for any service to book the appointment. If you wish to Re-Arrange or Cancel for any reason, 48hrs notice is required. Bookings can be Re-Arranged due to special unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of allthingsethereal if less than 48hrs, one time only.
If you require an urgent appointment and we are able to offer you an appointment, full payment is required at that time of booking.
By paying a Non Refundable deposit you are consenting and agreeing to the Terms stated in this paragraph, as read.
If anyone requires mentoring, coaching, advice and/or guidance, I can offer a 15 minute free consultation. However, any consultation session that exceeds 15 minutes will be classed as a mentoring, coaching, advice and guidance session. You will be given the opportunity to extend to a full session and fees will apply, which will be payable at the time.

All data provided to allthingsethereal for the purpose of their services to you, will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party.
By sending your details requested, you are giving your consent to allthingsethereal to use this information to complete the service you require.
All information will be kept confidentially for 3 years. This is for the purpose of marketing so we can send you information for any events, Tutorials and Special Offers that are given periodically. If your details change and you still wish to be kept on our records, the onus is on you to inform allthingsethereal. If after 3 years you wish your records to be kept for longer, consent will be asked for this to extend that time. If at anytime you wish to withdraw your consent please see GDPR right to be forgotten.
